Exhibitor & Vendor Setup & Check-In

Load-In

• Exhibitor & Food Vendor setup Begins at 8:00AM at State Fair Park.

• Use GATE 5 at State Fair Park

• All vendors must be in place and ready to go, no later than 11:30AM.

• You will be able to drive onto the festival grounds to unload but all vehicles must be parked in lot 5 prior to the festival start time.

Load-Out

• All Exhibitors and Food Vendors must wait until 6:00 PM to bring cars back on to the festival grounds.

• Exhibitors and Food Vendors cannot leave before 6:00 PM

GATE 5 - Entrance

• Enter the festival grounds (map below) from S FAIR AVE from starting point A

• Travel the route to point B for Check-in

Check-In

Yakima Pride Festival Exhibitor & Food Vendor Organizer, Desi Quenzer, will be at point B to direct you to your booth space.

• Site map will be provided.

• All vendors will be assigned a space number.

• We will have people on-site to help get the vendors in place.

Parking

Exhibitor and Food Vendor Parking - Free Parking GATE 5 parking lot (see map below) green rectangle area. This space is reserved for Exhibitors and Food Vendors only.
